1. Make a deal with yourself.

It’s great that you actually feel how it makes you feel. When I assume about the last part about what cause me happy right now I really feel it. These morning questions are important because the way they are set up cause you observe  things you take for granted and then they actually get you to feel those positive feelings.

4. Move the goalposts.
Set a big and exact goal. This will motivate you much more than narrow goals. A important goal has a big effect and can generate a lot of motivation.

5. Do something small and create a flow.
Just clear your desk. Or pay your bills. Or washing the dishes. You just want to get started. When you have end that small work you’ll feel more alert and ready to go do the next thing. You just to bring started to get motivated. So if you actually don’t feel like doing all, start with something small and task your way out up.

6. Do the toughest task first.
This will calm a lot of your day-to-day doubt and advance your self-confidence for the rest of the day.

7. Start slow.
Instead of jumping into something at full speed start slow.

Take out a sample of paper. Write at the top of the page what place in your life you would like to have more concept about. Perhaps you need ideas to earn more money or become a healthier person. Then brainstorm until you have written down 20 concept on that topic. Then try for 10 more.

Not all concept will be good. But more will. And as you cause use of your creativity you not only discover fruitful ideas. You also discover just how make you can be if you try and how motivating and great that feels.

22. Find out what makes you happy.
Then do that. As much as you need or can.

23. Listen while you’re on the move.
